Indian students looking to Study in Germany can expect an expense between 600-1300 Euros per month including shared flats [around 400 Euros/ month], Food [around 180 Euros/ Month], Insurance, transport and Misc expenses. The students will receive around 992 Euros per month from blocked account. Ideally, they should be able to manage with that amount.
Scholarships in Germany
Public Universities in Germany don’t charge any tuition fee. Hence, it’s basically a free education. For private universities there are generous scholarships based on Academic Excellence and achievements. Some of the universities offer bursary scholarships too.

Admission Requirements to Study in Germany
For Bachelor’s program in Australia the students generally needs around 60%+ in 12th for Bachelor’s. For Masters the student relevant Bachelor's with Higher Second Class Degree from a recognised institution along with English proficiency IELTS (5.5-7.0+), TOEFL (60-90+), PTE, or CAE, depending on the course/provider. Steps for Visa
- 1. Submit Application form and upload documents for Verification by German Embassy
- 2. After Approval -Book a visa appointment at your nearest German embassy or consulate
- 3. Prepare documents as per Checklist above
- 4. Attend the interview
- 5. Wait for your application to be processed
- 6. Once approved, you’ll receive a visa sticker in your passport valid for 90 days. After arriving in Germany, you must register with local authorities and convert your visa into a residence permit for the duration of your studies

Post-Study Work Opportunities in Germany
Every student is eligible for post study work permit of 18 months [Job Seeker Visa] after completion of studies (Bachelors and Masters).
