Companies/individuals on the H-1B debarred/disqualified list of employers
The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently announced a second round of random lottery selection for H-1B visas for the fiscal 2024 (year ended September 30, 2024). One of the reasons for a second round of lottery could be the crack down on 'fraudulent practices.' Incidentally, this is not the first time that a second lottery is being conducted for H-1B visas. A second lottery was held in July 2021, followed by yet another lottery in November 2021. The reason for these multiple lotteries remains the same, wrong practices to get a visa. The US Department of Labor (DoL) has a list of debarred/disqualified employers on its website. Here are the names of these companies as per the list that was last updated on July 31, 2023.
Broadgate Inc
The company was disqualified in June 2022 and the ban will remain till June 2024.
Macks USA, Inc
The company was disqualified in May 2023 and the ban will remain till May 2025.
Packet One LLC
The Packet One LLC too was disqualified in May 2023 and the ban will remain till May 2025.
Spate Business Solutions LLC
The company was disqualified in October 2021 and the ban will remain till October 2023.
Cloudpoint Systems Inc
The company was disqualified in August 2021 and the ban will remain till August 2023.
Virtulytix Inc
The company was disqualified in March 2023 and the ban will remain till March 2025.
Mujeeb Rahman
The list also has the name of Mujeeb Rahman. He was disqualified in May 2023 and the ban will stay till May 2025.
Comprehensive Kids Developmental School
The school is listed under 'H-1B willful violator list of employers'. It is not clear how long the ban will last.
How We Fund It, Inc.
The company is listed under 'H-1B willful violator list of employers'. It is not specified how long the ban will last.
Kimberley Fisher
The company is listed under 'H-1B willful violator list of employers'. The ban's duration is not clear.
