US Visa Rule Changed : Big news! Now both husband and wife will get job on H-1B in US, order issued
Jobs Rule on H-1B Visa: While giving relief to foreign workers working in the field of technology in America, the decision has been given, saying that the husband of H-1B holder can work in America. This means that now both husband and wife can work in the same sector on H-1B visa.
US Judge Tanya Chutkan dismissed a lawsuit filed by Save Jobs USA that asked the court to strike down an Obama administration rule that gave employment authorization cards to the spouses of certain categories of H-1B visa holders. The door was knocked.
What was the reasoning given for terminating the job?
In his order, the judge noted that Save Jobs USA’s primary argument is that Congress has not granted Department of Homeland Security authority to allow foreign nationals, such as H4 visa holders, to work while living in the United States. However, the court rejected this argument and said that Congress has given its permission to the US government.

The court said in its order that not only for students, but the rights to approve employment to the people staying here under H-4 visa have been given by Congress to the US government. The judge wrote that the Department of Homeland Security has granted long-term work authorization to the spouses of foreign government officials and the spouses of employees or officers of international organizations.
